He gives you a daily quest to use his Cooking Pot to cook up some random item for him, usually made of pre-cooked food items and drops from monsters.
They vary from day to day and the Cooking Pots are all different as they simply combine the items into the one for completing the daily quest. Cooking skill required may be as low as 325 (the level necessary to cook some of the foods). You will need to be level 70, however, since the vast majority of the places you are sent to require flight in order to reach (Skettis, Blade's Edge Plateau).
Красным выделил главное. Смысл в том, что он даёт только один квест из четырёх рандомно. Точно так же должны даваться квесты на баджи на последних боссов в героики.
