To get this Recipe you have to:

1. Do some quests in Scholazar Basin at the crash Nessingwary Basecamp.
2. When you get to the quests with Grimbooze Thunderbrew do all of them.

4. Go to Dalaran and down to The Sewers.
5. At the end of the first tunnel(if you enter from the south entrence) you will see iron bars and behind there is Washed-Up Mage
6. He will know how a quest that you finnish direct and that do so you learn Kungaloosh.
