Interface.MPQ no longer exists. That file got merged into common.MPQ back in patch 2.0.0. If you're getting an error message regarding Interface.MPQ, you either moved the game files out of the World of Warcraft folder or you moved your Data (or common.MPQ) to another location. If you cannot find it and put it all back together, you may need to reinstall the game.
