Я чото сёдня взял её - бил мобов - она ниразу не прокнула( В комментах читал про неё - она у некоторых по неск раз в минуту прокает. ?!

- The proc has the animation of an instant cast nuke with a short, yellow, healing spell-like glow around the caster's hands.

По последнему пункту - ничего такого я не видел, ни анимации ни в К-логе. Мб хита мало?! Или в чом проблема мб?!
