European Blizzard Poster drops the date that all PvPers have been waiting to hear
While
Ensidia may have destroyed the PvE content in Wrath of the Lich King very quickly, that did not mean that Blizzard was prepared to start Season 5 of the Arena. As you know, Blizzard does not start the new season until they feel that PvEers have had a good buffer period for them to begin acquiring the best PvE gear. While we have known for some time that Season 4 had ended, we were unaware of when Season 5 would begin, until today.
European Blizzard Poster Gnorog announced December 17 as the start date for Season 5 today. That means players have just shy of two weeks to hit 80 and get their teams, gear and strategies together before the season begins.
For those of you who are not 80, you will be able to participate in the skirmish brackets. The brackets are divided into two groups, levels 71-75 and 76-80. Enjoy the welfare epics!
